We are seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join our expanding practice in Las Vegas, working across major health systems including HCA Sunrise Medical Center and Dignity San Martin Hospital. The role involves managing a diverse caseload in trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurology, urology, gynecology, radiology, endoscopy, cardiology, and pediatrics, with a focus on high-acuity cases. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties and high-acuity cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage preoperative assessments and postoperative care as part of the anesthesia team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Support the anesthesia team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Compensation

• $190,000 - $230,000 salary range.
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000.
• Relocation assistance available if applicable.
• Additional income opportunities include productivity bonuses and profit sharing.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) certification.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice in Nevada.
• Experience in managing diverse surgical cases, including trauma and high-acuity procedures.
