Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time Anesthesiology Assistant at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital. The role offers a competitive salary up to $230,000, a $100,000 start date bonus, and additional incentives. Responsibilities
- Assist in providing anesthesia care across various surgical specialties including General, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, OB, Robotics, IR, Endo, GI, Vascular, and Pediatrics.
- Perform procedures such as arterial lines, spinal anesthesia, and epidurals as part of anesthesia management.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Manage anesthesia cases in a high-volume environment with approximately 9,700 cases annually.
- Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as required.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards for anesthesia delivery.
- Work flexible shifts, either three 13-hour days with call 2-4 times per month or a 24/16 schedule with no call.
- Contribute to a team dedicated to efficient surgical throughput with turnover times below 40 minutes.
Compensation
- Starting salary up to $230,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements
- Certified Anesthesiology Assistant (CAA) qualification.
- Current licensure or eligibility to practice in Florida.
- Experience or training in performing arterial lines, SABs, and epidurals.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules and call shifts.
- Knowledge of anesthesia procedures and safety protocols.
