Cleveland Clinic is seeking Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs) for positions at Mercy Hospital in Canton, Ohio. The role involves providing anesthesia support across a variety of surgical specialties in a Level 2 Trauma Center setting. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and MDAs to provide safe and effective anesthesia care.
  • Manage anesthesia equipment and monitor patient vital signs during procedures.
  • Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
  • Handle occasional weekend call from home, with flexible scheduling options.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on patient safety and quality care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and internal CEU opportunities.

Compensation

  • Salary-based compensation with supplemental pay options.
  • Sign-on bonus of $30,000 for eligible candidates.

  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties from home.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
