Corewell Health is seeking full-time and part-time Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) candidates to join their anesthesia team across various locations in West Michigan.   • Cover call shifts with a maximum ratio of 1:7, with flexible scheduling options including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective anesthesia care.
  • Maintain compliance with certification and licensing requirements, including ACLS and PALS certifications.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, utilizing CME allowances and rollover benefits.

Compensation

  • Annual base salary between $270,000 and $280,000.
  • Sign-on bonus of $100,000 with a three-year commitment.
  • Relocation allowance of up to $12,000.
  • Additional income potential through call pay and extra shifts.
  • Compensation structured as salary plus incentives, with W-2 tax status.

Requirements

  • Certification from the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA) upon hire.
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification (90 days to obtain).
  • American Heart Association PALS certification (90 days to obtain).
  • At least one active license or certification in anesthesia.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and cover call shifts as required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a diverse clinical environment.
  • Experience in a variety of surgical and clinical settings preferred.
