PicnicHealth is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to support a remote research study on Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). The role involves conducting structured disease activity assessments via secure video calls, documenting findings, and ensuring participant safety. Responsibilities

  • Administer cSLEDAI-2K and cPGA assessments via secure video call following study protocols and scripts
  • Keep calendar availability up-to-date to facilitate participant scheduling
  • Document assessment results promptly and accurately in the study platform within 2 hours of each visit
  • Log in to scheduled appointments at least 15 minutes prior to start time
  • Prioritize participant safety at all times
  • Follow all study SOPs and escalation pathways
  • Maintain an active, unencumbered NP or PA license and provide renewal details as required
  • Communicate technical issues or participant questions to the PicnicHealth team for support

Compensation

  • Hourly rate between USD 80.00 and 100.00
  • Compensation model: 1099 contractor
  • Paid for hours worked, approximately 5 to 10 hours per month
  • Start date: December 2025, with ongoing study through 2029

  • Completion of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training and SLEDAI-2K/PGA certification prior to study start
