Nordic Private Care is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care, urgent care, disease management, preventative health services, and occupational medicine at an onsite employer-based clinic in Columbus, IN. The position involves approximately 6-8 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as the clinic grows. The provider will focus on delivering patient-centered care while contributing to the development of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care, urgent care, and disease management services.
• Provide preventative health services to patients.
• Perform occupational medicine and workers' compensation services.
• Maintain patient documentation and electronic health records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Contribute to clinic growth and operational efficiency.
• Engage in patient education and health promotion.
• Work approximately 6-8 hours per week, with potential for additional hours.

Compensation

• Hourly compensation between USD 68.00 and USD 75.00 per hour.
• W-2 employment tax status.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational medicine preferred.
