TeamHealth is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our collaborative anesthesia team at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, Ohio. The role involves providing anesthesia services within a supportive, community-focused environment at an independent, non-profit health system. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists and the healthcare team.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and patient management.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during anesthesia administration.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient responses.
• Adhere to evidence-based practices and institutional protocols.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through TeamHealth Institute CME modules.
• Collaborate with the anesthesia team to optimize patient outcomes.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation with additional income through CME Allowance and Recognition Program.

Requirements
