Envision Physician Services is seeking a Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) for outpatient coverage at Treasure Coast Center for Surgery in Stuart, Florida. The role involves working five days a week with no weekends or call, supporting multiple surgical specialties in a collaborative outpatient setting. Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers in outpatient surgical procedures across various specialties including general, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, plastics, gastroenterology, pain management, and podiatry.
• Support anesthesia teams in preoperative and intraoperative patient care.
• Manage anesthesia-related documentation and equipment setup.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed.
• Support the anesthesia team in post-procedure patient care and recovery.

Compensation

• Up to $227,000 annual salary with incentive opportunities.
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000 for full-time positions.
• Additional income opportunities through incentives and CME allowances.

Requirements

• Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) certification.
• Previous experience in outpatient surgical settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of anesthesia procedures and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work five days per week, with no weekend or call responsibilities.
• Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of multiple surgical specialties is a plus.
