Physician Assistant

The Physician Assistant position at XstremeMD in Hobbs, NM, involves providing occupational health services, overseeing clinic operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable care to clients and patients
• Oversee daily operations of the Midland Mobile Medical Unit, including supervising paramedics and clinic staff
• Perform assessments and develop patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, IADC, and other regulatory standards
• Conduct occupational health services such as DOT and Non-DOT physicals, drug testing, hearing and respiratory testing, functional capacity exams, and pre-employment testing
• Participate in case reviews and recommend policy changes
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, staff collaboration, and customer satisfaction

Compensation

• $65-67 per hour (W-2)
• Hourly compensation model

Requirements

• Current Physician Assistant License
• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Sports Medicine preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage clinic operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check if applicable
