Envision Physician Services is seeking dedicated anesthetists to join the team at HCA Ocala Hospital. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of cases including cardiac, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, vascular, endoscopy, gynecology, robotics, and trauma.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 20 physicians and 32 advanced practice providers.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
• Manage anesthesia for scheduled and emergency procedures within the operating rooms.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in medical records.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and compliance with hospital policies.
• Work evening shifts from 3 pm to 11 pm, five days a week, with no call responsibilities.

Compensation

• Base salary up to $225,000, with additional shift differentials ranging from $100 to $200 per shift.
• Sign-on bonus of $100,000 paid at start date.
• Yearly retention bonus.
• Additional income opportunities include overtime shifts paid at $150/hour.
• Relocation reimbursement provided.
• Compensation model includes salary plus incentives, with a W-2 tax status.

Requirements

• Current certification and licensure as an anesthetist (CRNA or equivalent).
