The Baptist Health System in San Marcos, TX, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient primary care. The role involves managing a broad range of primary care services, including preventive, chronic, and acute care, within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of primary care needs, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute concerns
• Provide outpatient-only care in a clinic setting
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain patient documentation and follow-up as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Adhere to clinical protocols and standards of care
• Engage in continuing medical education activities
• Work scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours
