The Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician Assistant (PA-C) at Lehigh Valley Health Network's Institute for Surgical Excellence provides high-quality patient care under physician supervision. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care under physician supervision.
• Manage new adult and pediatric patients, including follow-up appointments.
• Assist in surgical procedures within the Otolaryngology department.
• Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatments.
• Contribute to a team performing over 85,000 surgeries annually.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Some weekends required.
• Shared 1:3 call schedule with ENT providers, with call varying by week.

Requirements

• Current certification through NCCPA.
• Current PA medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Passion for clinical work in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Experience or interest in surgical patient care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.
