This position involves providing critical care in a hospital setting, primarily during 12-hour night shifts. The provider will manage complex cases, including ICU patients, with responsibilities such as ventilator management, line placements, and other advanced procedures. Responsibilities

• Manage 10-12 ICU patients per shift, including complex cases requiring critical interventions.
• Perform procedures such as chest tube placement, central line insertion, arterial line placement, ventilation management, and intubations.
• Manage patients requiring temporary hemodialysis catheters and lumbar punctures.
• Collaborate with multiple providers staffing the facility to ensure quality patient care.
• Handle high-acuity cases with proficiency in critical care procedures.
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am.
• Participate in full-time or part-time scheduling options based on availability.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure patient safety during critical interventions.

Compensation

• Hourly rate ranging from $80.00 to $115.00, depending on experience and position criticality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in critical care procedures including chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines, ventilation, and intubations.
• Experience managing ICU patients with complex medical needs.
• Ability to perform procedures such as hemodialysis catheter placement and lumbar punctures.
• Current medical license and credentialing eligibility.
• Strong clinical skills in critical care and emergency interventions.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle high-acuity patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a hospital ICU setting preferred.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
