Wellstar Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Anesthesiology Assistants (AAs) to join their inpatient anesthesia team across multiple facilities in the metro Atlanta area. The role involves providing anesthesia services for a variety of cases, including general, obstetric, pediatric, orthopedic, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, and trauma, with shifts scheduled during daytime, weekends, and backup call. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases including general, obstetric, pediatric, orthopedic, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, and trauma cases.
• Support anesthesia services across four Wellstar facilities in the metro Atlanta area.
• Participate in the Anesthesia Care Team Model with a team of anesthesiologists and anesthetists.
• Work daytime shifts, weekend shifts, and backup call as scheduled, with MDs always onsite.
• Manage emergency cesarean sections and pediatric cases comfortably.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Stay current with clinical practices and participate in continuing education as applicable.

Compensation

• Annual salary of USD 340,000.00.
• Sign-on bonus of $25,000 for new graduate providers and $50,000 for experienced providers.
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Additional compensation includes differential pay for night and weekend shifts, specialty skill stipends for cardiac cases, and other incentives.
• Compensation is structured as a salary plus incentives, with a W-2 tax status.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Anesthesiology Assistant (AA) program.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Competence in managing a variety of anesthesia cases, including emergency procedures and pediatric cases.
• Current certification in ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Personable and confident in providing exceptional patient care.
• Willingness to work variable schedules including day, weekend, and backup call shifts.
• Experience or comfort with cardiac and trauma cases (preferred but not mandatory).
