Coshocton Regional Medical Center is seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide primary care services across two family medicine clinics. The role involves delivering comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including conducting assessments, prescribing medications, and assisting physicians. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients of all ages in outpatient clinic settings.
• Perform medical assessments, record histories, and conduct tests as appropriate.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
• Assist physicians with patient care and treatment plans.
• Enhance patient health awareness through education and counseling.
• Float and rotate between two clinic locations as needed.
• Work scheduled hours Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional weekends.
• Manage a full patient load in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Compensation

• Hourly pay rate ranging from $55.00 to $61.00, based on experience and credentials.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with specialization as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
• Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, maintained current upon hire.
• One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care with patience and compassion.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to rotate between clinic locations and work occasional weekends.
• Strong understanding of primary care protocols and medication management.
• Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications.
