This is a part-time, procedure-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role in the Sacramento, CA area, focusing on minimally invasive procedures related to diabetes management. The position offers flexible scheduling, with all supplies, billing, and logistics handled by the employer, and includes full training and credentialing support.

Responsibilities

• Perform minimally invasive procedures related to diabetes management in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate with a supervising or collaborating physician.
• Manage patient care related to procedures such as IUD insertions, wound care, or urgent care procedures.
• Utilize provided supplies and equipment to perform procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and credentialing processes.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and follow-up as needed.
• Work independently within a flexible schedule.

Compensation

• Per-procedure pay with additional reimbursement for training and travel.
• CME allowance.
