Oregon Urology Institute is seeking a part-time Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join the Rapid Access Clinic. The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute urological conditions in a fast-paced outpatient setting, focusing on same-day assessments to prevent unnecessary emergency visits.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their medical condition and develop care plans, with appointments every 15-30 minutes.
• Perform clinical procedures within scope and skill of the practitioner.
• Communicate diagnosis and treatment goals to patients.
• Coordinate with the primary urology care team regarding patient visits to the RAC.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Provide care at the main campus located at 2400 Hartman Lane, Springfield, OR.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation (W-2 tax status).

Shift & Schedule

• Part-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
• No weekends or holidays.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license in Oregon or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to obtain a DEA license.
• Experience in ER, Urgent Care, or urology required.
• Knowledge of treatment protocols and drug interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
