Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to adult patients in the ICU setting.
- Perform procedures including central line placement, arterial line placement, and dialysis catheter insertion.
- Work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and nights (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.).
- Manage patient care in a hospital-based ICU with approximately 75% occupancy.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
- Maintain competency in critical care procedures and protocols.
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Compensation
- Hourly rate from $80.00 to $115.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Additional compensation includes relocation support.
- Compensation is on a 1099 tax basis.
