This position involves directing and coordinating the care team to provide individualized, high-quality patient care. The role includes developing patient care plans in collaboration with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients' families. The provider will administer anesthesia and related services in accordance with licensing, hospital policies, and supervisory physicians.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities.

Compensation

  • Salary commensurate with experience.

Shift & Schedule

  • Variable shifts, including 3-12 hour shifts.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or multistate RN license via Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or accredited nurse anesthesia program.
  • Preferred: At least one year of recent experience in an acute care setting.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. every other week.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of anesthesia practices and hospital protocols.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
