This position involves directing and coordinating the care team to provide individualized, high-quality patient care. The role includes developing patient care plans in collaboration with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients' families. The provider will administer anesthesia and related services in accordance with licensing, hospital policies, and supervisory physicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the care team to deliver individualized patient care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in partnership with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients' families.
• Administer anesthesia and related services following state licensing guidelines and hospital regulations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols.
• Provide anesthesia care in various clinical settings as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities.

Shift & Schedule

• Variable shifts, including 3-12 hour shifts.
• Shifts scheduled between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., every other week.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or multistate RN license via Nurse Licensure Compact.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Preferred: At least one year of recent experience in an acute care setting.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. every other week.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of anesthesia practices and hospital protocols.
