Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant specialized in Gastroenterology to provide inpatient care at CHA Cambridge Hospital. The role involves collaborating with attending GI physicians, working five days a week with no night, weekend, or holiday call, and serving a diverse patient population within a public healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient gastroenterology care at CHA Cambridge Hospital.
• Collaborate with attending GI physicians on call.
• Work five 8-hour days per week.
• Participate in patient assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
• Contribute to a team delivering high-quality care to a diverse community.
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation

• $114,000 - $170,000 annually
• Salary-based compensation with potential relocation assistance
• W-2 tax status

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Active Massachusetts license and Controlled Substance/DEA Certificates.
• Experience in gastroenterology, surgery, or primary care preferred.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
