Cornerstone Treatment Facilities Network is seeking per-diem Nurse Practitioners with Adult or Family Practice Certification or Physician Assistants to provide primary care at an inpatient substance abuse treatment program. The role involves independent patient screening, history and physicals, and sick call services, primarily on weekends. Candidates should have experience in addiction treatment, detox, and rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for admission to the inpatient program.
• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations.
• Provide sick call services as needed.
• Work independently in a clinical setting.
• Participate in patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulations.
• Document clinical encounters accurately.
• Support the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Compensation

• Hourly rate of USD 69.75.
• W-2 employment tax status.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current New York State Registration.
• DEA registration.
• NYS Medicaid registration.
• Infection Control Certificate.
• CPR Certification.
• Opioid Attestation.
• NPI number.
• Experience in addiction, detox, or rehab settings.
• Availability on weekends preferred.
