We are seeking Physician Assistants to serve as independent contractors supporting military health readiness assessments. The role involves conducting physical health evaluations, reviewing medical histories, and documenting findings to ensure service members meet deployment requirements. Work primarily occurs on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts, across various military locations.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to identify current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent health or behavioral concerns requiring immediate attention.
• Document interview results and readiness classifications in a proprietary system.

Compensation

• USD 550.00 per day
• Travel pay included
• W-2 tax status

Requirements

• Active Physician Assistant license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with primary care, urgent care, or occupational health (preferred).
• Experience with mobile medical services (preferred).
• Knowledge of military systems, protocols, and terminology (preferred).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high volumes of service members.
• Ability to work extended hours and in various locations, including remote military installations.
• Weekend availability and willingness to travel (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
