Medical Director Services PC is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide wound management and resident care services at a skilled nursing facility in Dayton, Ohio. The role involves wound treatment, medication administration, documentation, and resident support, with a focus on quality care and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Manage all wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds
• Complete admission paperwork for new residents
• Provide advice and support to residents and their families
• Monitor residents' health, administer medications and treatments
• Document resident care services in medical and departmental records
• Adhere to infection control policies to protect residents and staff
• Address resident needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
• Ensure quality of care aligns with facility standards and confidentiality policies
