Banner Urgent Care in the West Valley Phoenix area is seeking experienced Physician Assistants for full-time, flexible shifts. The role involves working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment across multiple locations, providing high-quality urgent care services to patients of all ages. Responsibilities

  • Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages, including procedures as required.
  • Work in a fast-paced, autonomous clinical environment with support from medical assistants, front office staff, and specialists.
  • Maintain compliance with clinic hours, which are open 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm.
  • Participate in shared call schedule, approximately one shift per month.
  • Utilize innovative care models such as telehealth, sports medicine, and primary care.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of urgent care or procedural experience.
  • Active Physician Assistant license in Arizona.
  • DEA license with prescriptive authority.
  • National Certification (NCCPA) and BLS certification.
  • Recent experience caring for patients across all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics.
  • Proficiency in urgent care procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a patient-centric environment.
  • Strong communication and clinical skills.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, autonomous setting.
