Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant (Required)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) or Physician Assistant license in Pennsylvania
• Certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
• Care management knowledge and clinical skills
• Experience with patient assessment and care planning
• Knowledge of clinical policies, standards, and health information documentation
• Strong commitment to safety and patient rights
• Ability to work night shifts and collaborate effectively in a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
