Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urology care in collaboration with a team of urologists.
• Develop and deliver a full spectrum of urology APP services, including procedures and patient management.
• Utilize on-site DaVinci Robot with available training for minimally invasive procedures.
• Participate in a team-based, patient-centered, and provider-led work environment.
• Maintain a consistent weekday schedule with work-life balance priorities.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and meet performance metrics for bonuses.
• Coordinate with primary care and specialty services to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to a growing practice with ample patient volume and referral base.

Compensation

• Salary range of $130,000 to $147,000, DOE, plus production incentives.
• Sign-on bonus starting at $10,000 to $20,000, DOE.
• Additional income opportunities include productivity, quality bonuses, and relocation support.
• Eligible for annual quality-based cash bonuses.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with training or interest in Urology.
• Experience or interest in outpatient and inpatient urology care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Willingness to participate in training for robotic procedures (DaVinci Robot).
• Current state licensure in Arizona or ability to obtain licensure.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, dayshift schedule.
• Interest in developing a broad scope of urology APP services.
