The Clinical Nurse Manager in the Neuro Critical Care Unit oversees the delivery of evidence-based patient care, providing clinical leadership, staff management, and operational oversight. Compensation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
  • Current RN licensure through the Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • 2-3 years of nursing experience in related or similar roles.
  • Previous leadership experience such as precepting, charge nurse, or clinical lead.
  • Specialized knowledge in nursing processes and clinical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications relevant to nursing practice.
  • Ability to work night shifts (scheduled hours: 8 hours, variable schedule).
  • Demonstrated skills in team collaboration, quality improvement, and professional development.
