We are seeking an experienced full-time Physician Assistant specialized in Emergency Medicine to work as a Nocturnist in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves independent practice within a high-volume emergency department across multiple Honor Health Scottsdale sites, providing overnight coverage and contributing to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent emergency medicine care as a Physician Assistant in a high-volume ED setting.
• Cover overnight shifts, approximately 120 hours per month, across multiple Scottsdale Honor Health sites.
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 54,000 annually in a 44-bed ED with Fast Track and Level 1 Trauma capabilities.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive emergency care.
• Maintain clinical competence and adhere to hospital protocols and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical documentation.
• Work across various sites including Osborn, Paradise Valley, Shea, and Thompson Peak.

Compensation

• Annual salary of $54,000, based on a competitive rate.

Requirements
