Envision is seeking a full-time Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) to join an established anesthesia team at AdventHealth Tampa, Wesley Chapel, or Carrollwood. The role involves providing a full range of anesthesia services for adult and pediatric patients across various case types, excluding trauma and transplants. The position offers flexible scheduling options, minimal on-call responsibilities, and competitive compensation with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists in delivering anesthesia care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Participate in a variety of case types including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical anesthesia.
• Support anesthesia procedures across multiple hospital facilities with diverse case mixes.
• Provide anesthesia services during scheduled shifts, which may range from 8 to 24 hours.
• Respond to beeper call from home with a 30-minute callback window, with minimal on-call duties.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care provided.
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation

• Salary plus incentives, including a sign-on bonus of $75,000 with a 3-year commitment.
• Additional income through CME allowance and other incentives.

Requirements
