This CRNA position in Houston, TX involves providing anesthesia services primarily for obstetric, gynecologic, pediatric, and outpatient cases within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and verify patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and associated risks with patients.
• Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patients' physiological conditions throughout procedures.
• Perform clinical interventions as needed during anesthesia care.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a care team model.
• Manage anesthesia for OB cases, including epidurals and C-sections, as well as pediatric and GYN procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient status.

Compensation

• $265,365 annual salary.
• Up to $75,000 in sign-on incentives, which may include bonuses, training assistance, or loan repayment.

Requirements

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
