OAG is seeking experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants to join our anesthesiology team at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. This full-time role involves working within an anesthesia care team in the operating room, with anticipated start dates around May or June 2026 following licensing and credentialing. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a team-based operating room environment.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as part of the anesthesia team.
• Manage anesthesia equipment and monitor patient vital signs throughout procedures.
• Adhere to institutional policies, protocols, and safety standards.
• Take on-call responsibilities as required by the department.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care provided.
• Support the anesthesiology practice's commitment to excellence and patient safety.

Compensation

• $250,000 - $300,000 annual salary
• Total compensation range of $310,000 to $335,000 including bonuses and incentives
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000
• Relocation assistance provided
• Additional income opportunities include sign-on and relocation bonuses, CME allowance

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA).
• Prior experience working in an operating room anesthesia setting (no new graduates considered).
• Washington State licensing application expected to open in December 2025, with licensure anticipated by May/June 2026.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow clinical protocols.
