The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking inpatient Certified Nurse Midwives to join the Labor & Delivery and Perinatal Evaluation Center teams. Shift & Schedule

Requirements

  • Current certification from the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB).
  • Registered Nurse license and Nurse Midwife certification (CNM).
  • Prescriptive authority in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Master of Arts or Science degree in Nursing or higher (e.g., DNP).
  • Minimum of 2.5 years of clinical experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife.
  • Current PA RN license and eligibility for credentialing by the hospital's Credentials Committee.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to diversity, population health, and patient-centered care.
