The Physicians' Clinic of Iowa is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Certified to join the Urology Department. The provider will perform patient assessments, physical examinations, procedures, and diagnostic evaluations, contributing to high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and record patient assessments, including chief complaint, review of systems, medical history, and family history.
  • Treat patients or recommend follow-up care with PCI specialists.
  • Perform and document physical examinations of patients.
  • Perform and order clinically appropriate procedures, documenting all findings.
  • Analyze test reports and clinical findings to assess patient conditions, formulate diagnoses, and document in accordance with standards and policies.
  • Complete medical record documentation and billing entries promptly.
  • Provide high-level service to patients, physicians, and staff, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
  • Maintain computer literacy, technical, and clinical competency with attention to detail.

Compensation

  • Salary-based compensation (W-2 tax status).
