We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with emergency medicine experience to join a busy Emergency Department in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role involves providing high-quality, fast-paced care in a vibrant setting with flexible rotating shifts. Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in a high-volume emergency department
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of acute conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver efficient patient care
• Manage patient flow and prioritize urgent cases in a fast-paced environment
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocols
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards
• Maintain current licensure and certifications

Compensation

• Sign-on bonus of $18,000

Requirements

• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Prior experience in emergency medicine

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico
• BLS and ACLS certifications
