A hospital located on Lake Michigan in Packer Country is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for ongoing locum tenens coverage starting December 15th. The role involves working four 10-hour day shifts per week, with no call responsibilities, providing anesthesia support across various case types including General, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Vascular, and OB/GYN. The position follows a supervision model and utilizes EPIC EMR, with no prescriptive authority required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia support for a variety of surgical cases including General, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Vascular, and OB/GYN.
• Work four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Operate under supervision with no call responsibilities.
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system for documentation.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to facility protocols during anesthesia administration.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing credentialing and administrative processes as required.

Compensation
