The Center for Colorectal and Pelvic Reconstruction at Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide urological and gynecological care within a multidisciplinary colorectal clinic. The role involves managing patients independently and collaboratively, with a focus on patients with anorectal malformations and pelvic reconstructive needs. The position offers a Monday through Friday day shift, part-time schedule of 32 hours per week, and requires maintaining current Ohio licensure and national certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and/or populations; develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care; document and communicate findings clearly.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established guidelines.
• Serve as a clinical expert for policies, procedures, documentation, and skills based on evidence-based practice.
• Assist in the education, training, and development of staff members.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, data collection, and staying informed of changes within the work unit.
• Leverage technology and informatics to optimize healthcare outcomes.
• Engage in continued professional development for self and others.
• Contribute to division, specialty, and hospital strategic goals.

Compensation
