A private practice anesthesiology group in Columbus is seeking board-certified or eligible anesthesiologists to join their team. The practice covers multiple hospitals and surgery centers, offering a variety of case types including general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, vascular, endoscopy, neurology, and both inpatient and outpatient procedures. The position provides flexible scheduling, competitive hourly compensation based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesiology services for a variety of surgical cases across multiple hospitals and surgery centers.
• Manage anesthesia care for both inpatient and outpatient procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with hospital and practice protocols.
• Train and supervise newly licensed professionals, if applicable.
• Work flexible schedules with variable days and no overnight call.
• Engage in overtime and bonus opportunities as available.

Compensation

• Hourly rate based on experience: $100 for 0-3 years, $105 for 3-6 years, $110 for 6-10 years, $115 for 10-14 years, and $120 for 14+ years.
• Total annual compensation ranges from approximately $240,000 to $295,000.
• Additional income through profit sharing and CME allowance.

Requirements
