Carolina QuickCare is seeking licensed Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP-C) and Physician Assistants (PA-C) to provide urgent care services across North Carolina. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, performing procedures, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and documenting encounters in the EMR. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient operations and patient satisfaction

Compensation

  • Hourly pay: $55-$75/hour (~$103K-$140K/year), depending on experience and clinic location
  • Additional income opportunities include sign-on bonuses, relocation support, productivity bonuses, loan repayment assistance, and CME allowances
  • Compensation is provided as a W-2 salary

  • Active DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
  • Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification
  • 1+ year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills
  • DOT certification a plus
