Providence Holy Cross Medical Center is seeking a full-time Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to join a spine-focused practice. The role involves a mix of operating room procedures, inpatient rounding, and outpatient clinical work. Responsibilities

• Assist in spine and cranial neurosurgical procedures in the operating room.
• Conduct inpatient rounding and manage postoperative care.
• Perform outpatient clinical evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with the neurosurgery team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide quality patient interactions with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Participate in hospital-based activities and adhere to clinical protocols.

Compensation

• Annual salary range between $161,213 and $220,186, based on experience and performance.
• Compensation includes productivity bonuses, quality incentives, and hospital/ED call stipends where applicable.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Day shift with no on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) licensed or eligible in California.

• Prior experience in neurosurgery or spine surgery is preferred but not required.
