Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour in-house obstetric coverage on a shift basis, including call duties from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m.
• Collaborate with a team that includes a CRNA and a Medical Director
• Maintain clinical standards and ensure patient safety during shifts
• Participate in medical documentation and record-keeping
• Respond to obstetric emergencies as needed
• Coordinate with hospital staff and other healthcare providers
• Adhere to hospital policies and protocols
• Possibly supervise or oversee other clinical staff as assigned
