The Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical services at the Franklin County Crisis Care Center, including assessment, medication management, recovery planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.   • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve recovery outcomes and clinical efficiency.
  • Use recovery coaching techniques to foster recovery partnerships and supportive environments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Compensation

  • Hourly wage between $84.00 and $87.00 per hour.
  • W-2 employment tax status.
  • Compensation based on experience, licensure, and organizational needs.

Shift & Schedule

  • Part-time position with variable schedule.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution with training as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current and valid state-specific RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses; PMHNP certification required.
  • DEA registration and appropriate psychiatric care certification (PMHNP).
  • Experience in acute psychiatric settings and addiction treatment preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with strong listening skills.
  • Ability to pass de-escalation training and understand involuntary commitment procedures.
  • Must meet all credentialing, background check, and drug testing requirements, including a seven-year background check and, if applicable, driving record review.
  • Must be at least 18 years old (or age specified by state regulations).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including contact with agitated or confused individuals.
