A locum CRNA position is available at a small hospital in Western New Mexico, approximately 75 miles from Albuquerque. The role involves providing anesthesia coverage for various surgical cases independently, starting August 1, 2025, on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for cases including orthopedics, gynecology, dental, podiatry, and obstetrics.
- Perform spinal, nerve blocks, and epidural anesthesia techniques.
- Work independently as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- Maintain proficiency in anesthesia procedures relevant to the cases.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Coordinate with surgical teams to facilitate smooth operative processes.
- Manage anesthesia documentation and patient records.
- Provide coverage on an ongoing full-time basis starting August 1, 2025.
Compensation
