A leading medical center in Northwest Virginia is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to serve as Lead PA in its Vascular Surgery team. The role involves providing care for patients with complex vascular conditions, including advanced aortic repair, peripheral arterial disease, renal and visceral vascular disorders, and carotid disease through surgical and endovascular procedures. Responsibilities

• Operate in the operating room, provide rounding in ICU and clinic settings
• Serve as a first assist in vascular surgical procedures
• Manage patients with complex vascular conditions, including advanced aortic repair and peripheral arterial disease
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in patient consultations and follow-up care
• Contribute to a team committed to clinical excellence and continuous learning
• Support leadership initiatives within the vascular surgery team

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of vascular surgery experience

• Current licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant
