Valley Health is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care services in Upper Kanawha, WV. The role involves delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

Compensation

• Annual salary of USD 23,000
• Performance bonus potential
• Supplemental compensation of 10.35%, up to $23,000 annually, to support 403b retirement plan

Requirements
