We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Florida to provide aesthetic injectable treatments and wellness services in a med spa setting. The role involves performing Botox, dermal fillers, weight loss injections, and hormone therapies, with a focus on patient care and treatment outcomes. The position offers full-time employment with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and weight loss injections (e.g., Semaglutide, Ozempic, Phentermine).
• Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage hormone therapies such as testosterone and topical compounds.
• Review lab results and make clinical decisions accordingly.
• Document treatments thoroughly and adhere to clinical best practices.
• Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and product use.
• Attend in-house training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and patient-focused treatment environment.

Compensation

• $50-$65 per hour based on experience and skill level.
• Tips paid weekly.
• Differential pay may apply.
• W-2 employment status.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Florida.
• Certification in Botox and dermal fillers.
• Hands-on experience performing Botox and dermal filler injections.
• Experience with weight loss treatments and medications (e.g., GLP-1s, Phentermine).
• Familiarity with hormone replacement therapy.
• Ability to interpret lab results and adjust treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain DEA license and malpractice insurance if not already held.
