We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy Urgent Care team near Eugene, Oregon. The role involves 12-hour shifts, managing over 30 patients daily, with compensation based on productivity and RVU incentives. Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to a high volume of patients, averaging over 30 per day.
• Work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Maintain high-quality patient care and documentation standards.

• Manage acute and minor illnesses and injuries within scope of practice.
• Utilize RVU-based compensation structure with potential productivity bonuses.

Requirements

• Current PA-C or FNP certification.
