We are seeking a Board Certified Physician Assistant with inpatient experience to join our Chillicothe team as a Nocturnist. This role involves working exclusively overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am, providing independent patient care, admissions, and cross coverage alongside Nocturnist physicians at Adena Regional. Responsibilities

• Manage patient admissions and cross coverage calls independently alongside Nocturnist physicians
• Provide inpatient care during overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records system for documentation
• Deliver high-quality patient care during nighttime hours
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Perform no procedures in this role
• Work in a hospitalist setting with full subspecialty support
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Board Certified Physician Assistant
• At least 1 year of inpatient hospitalist experience
• Prior hospitalist experience required
• Authorized to work in the US
• Comfortable working exclusively overnight shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Experience with admissions and cross coverage
• Reliable and adaptable to a nocturnal schedule
