Conway Medical Center in Conway, SC, is seeking a board-certified ENT physician to join their team. The role involves providing comprehensive ear, nose, and throat services to a diverse patient population, with a mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities supported by dedicated staff and specialists. The position offers a collaborative environment with access to advanced facilities and a broad scope of ENT procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel covering all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics.
• Perform outpatient clinic evaluations and treatments for ENT conditions.
• Conduct surgical procedures in the hospital's operating rooms as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including head and neck cancer specialists and audiologists.
• Provide services such as tumor removal, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, facial plastic surgery, and treatment of sleep apnea.
• Address hearing and balance disorders, including hearing loss, tinnitus, and Meniere's disease.
• Manage sinonasal conditions, facial trauma, and facial lesions.
• Participate in call coverage, initially at a 1:3 ratio, transitioning to 1:4 with the new hire.

Compensation

• Variable schedule with clinic and surgical days.
• Call schedule starting at 1:3, transitioning to 1:4 with the new hire.

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Medical license to practice in South Carolina.
• Experience in both clinical and surgical ENT procedures preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to participate in call rotation and clinic coverage.
• Strong commitment to providing comprehensive patient care.
• Prior experience with head and neck oncology is a plus.
• Ability to handle a diverse patient population from pediatric to geriatric.
