The Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) practices under the supervision of anesthesiologists to deliver anesthesia services across various clinical settings. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthetic agents and supportive medications under the direction of an anesthesiologist.
• Verify availability of operating room supplies, medications, and gases.
• Provide clinical instruction and supervision to staff in anesthesia practices.
• Collect patient samples or specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Monitor and document patient progress during post-anesthesia recovery.
• Manage airway interventions including intubation and ventilatory support.
