A full-time Physician Assistant position at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Patten, ME. The role involves outpatient clinical care, primarily Monday through Friday, with a focus on providing compassionate, patient-centered services in a well-supported environment. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical care in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation using Athena EMR.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 36 clinical hours and 4 hours of administrative time weekly.
• Participate in a 1:12 call schedule, responding via phone only with an MD.
• Deliver compassionate patient care in accordance with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with a full support staff and report directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and documentation requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain active PA-C licensure in Maine.

Compensation

• $110,000 – $135,000 yearly salary based on experience.
